CHICKEN SALAD 
1 cooked hen, chopped
2 apples, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sweet pickles, chopped
4 boiled eggs, diced
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix ingredients together with enough mayonnaise to moisten. (Maybe enough pickle juice to taste.) Salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaf or with crackers.
