FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) box strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated lemonade
3 c. thawed Cool Whip
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can pear halves

I use peaches and pears canned in juice, not heavy syrup.

Drain and chop fruits. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9x5 inch loaf pan. (Can also use 9x9 inch square pan and you don't need to unmold.) Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight. Unmold and slice. Garnish, if desired. Yield: 9 servings.
