Mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4 inch thick Tomato, sliced Lettuce Yogurt Salt and pepper to taste Bread Preheat a skillet or griddle, fry the Mozzarella slices until brown. This will look messy and will only be able to be flipped after browned. When cheese is golden brown remove and use as if the browned cheese were bacon. Place all ingredients on bread and sink your teeth in. |
