WALDORF SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 sm./ can evaporated milk
2 c. chopped celery
2 c. chopped apple, unpeeled
1 sm. pkg. nut meats, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Let cool. Add remaining ingredients. Chill. Serves 15.
