POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 (12 oz.) boxes frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. diced onion
2 c. corn flakes

Mix potatoes, sour cream, cheese and onion well. Place in 9"x12" pan. Mix melted butter and corn flakes and pour over top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
