3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 c. sweet milk

Melt butter in saucepan. Add rest of ingredients. Bring to boil and cook until mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and pour over cake. Punch holes in cake so icing can run inside cake.
