CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
4 chicken cutlets
Pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. white wine
6 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tsp. paprika
Ham
Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Take chicken cutlet, place piece of Swiss cheese, piece of ham, piece of cheese. Roll and toothpick close. Do the same with remaining chicken. Take flour and salt, pepper and paprika. Mix together. Coat chicken in the mixture. Melt butter in pan. Brown chicken on all sides. Reduce to simmer, pour wine and put 2 chicken cubes in for 1/2 hour. Take chicken out, mix heavy cream with 2 tablespoons of flour and pour into pan. Stir until thick. Sauce is to go over chicken.
