HASH BROWN AU GRATIN 
2 pkg. hash browns (for spicier, use Potatoes O'brien)
1/4 c. melted butter
1-1/2 c. sour cream
3 cans mushroom soup
1-1/2 to 2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar, jack, colby)
1/2 c. chopped green onions (optional)
1/2 c. chopped olives (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and put into 9x13-inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1-1/4 hours.
