CHICKEN SALAD | |
1 lb. cooked, boneless chicken, diced 1/2 lb. either seedless grapes or 2 c. diced apples 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine 1/2 tsp. each of salt & pepper Combine chicken, celery, fruit, salt and pepper. Add the mayonnaise and sour cream and mix well. Put into a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, chill. Serve. Serves 4 to 6. |
