LASAGNA 
TOMATO SAUCE:

1 lb. ground meat
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomato puree
1 sm. can tomato paste
Italian seasoning

Dice the onion and green pepper, add to the ground meat in a skillet. Brown the meat and drain. In a crockpot or large pot add remaining ingredients and browned ground meat. In a crockpot cook on low 8 to 10 hours. Add lasagna noodles to a large pot of boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes and drain.

In an oblong pan, make layers of noodles, tomato sauce, cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Keep layering until noodles are gone. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
