LAYERED SUMMER SALAD 
4 c. shredded greens
1 lg. cucumber, peeled if desired & sliced thin
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked (2 c.)
8 oz. chunk bologna, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 med. onion, sliced thin, separated in rings
1/2 lb. or 1 can green beans, trimmed (blanche fresh beans)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tsp. caraway seed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded American cheese

In large salad bowl layer greens, cucumbers, macaroni, bologna, onions and green beans.

In small bowl, mix well mayonnaise, yogurt and caraway seed. Pour evenly over salad. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Toss just before serving. Makes 4 main dish servings.
