BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 lb. beef stew
4 carrots, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 pkg. brown gravy mix with mushrooms
4 med. potatoes, cut up
Salt & pepper to taste

Put beef stew in large pot with water. Cook until meat is tender. Add all other ingredients and let simmer until all vegetables are tender.
