ZUCCHINI BUNDT CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. shredded zucchini

Combine and mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Combine nuts, raisins, flour, soda, salt, powder and cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan.

GLAZE: Mix confectioners' sugar and water.
