JEWISH RICE 
1 c. raw UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice
1 can beef consomme soup
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Kitchen Bouquet flavoring - for color
Salt and pepper to taste
Can add some onion and garlic salt

Put all ingredients in pan or bowl to mix and cook. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover when butter starts to melt. Stir while cooking.
