HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
4 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. sliced almonds
2 pimientos, chopped
1 tbsp. minced onion

TOPPING:

2 c. grated cheese
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix ingredients, top with cheese, then chips. Bake in 13"x9" pan at 375 degrees for 30 minutes (or until bubbly).
