GRANOLA 
12 c. oats
1 1/3 c. wheat germ
1 c. sunflower seeds
3/4 c. honey
1 1/3 c. orange juice
Dried fruit (optional)
2 c. coconut
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. salt
4 tsp. almond extract

Combine all but the juice and extract, then add the juice and extract and toss. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees, stirring occasionally.
