SUNDAY ROAST | |
Chuck roast, boneless Salt Flour Cooking oil Salt lightly and flour roast and brown in small amount of oil on all sides in iron pot or heavy pot. Sprinkle with: Garlic powder 1 env. dry onion-mushroom soup Cover with tight fitting lid and cook 3 to 4 hours (while at church), on lowest heat on top of stove. Remove roast, add cornstarch and water to drippings to make gravy. |
