RHUBARB TORTE 
Line 9x13 pan with graham crackers, whole do not crush.

1 lg. pkg. instant sugar-free vanilla pudding

Mix according to directions. Pour over graham crackers.

Cook:

6 c. rhubarb
1/4 c. water

Add:

1 lg. pkg. sugar-free strawberry Jello (dry)

Mix well. Pour over pudding layer. Cool until set.

You can use 3 cups of rhubarb and 3 cups of strawberries, crush before you add Jello.
