5 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. coconut flavoring
1 can Angle Flake coconut

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water

Dissolve with 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring. Boil and let cool. Pour over cake while still hot.
