TURKEY STUFFING 
1 lb. sausage
Thyme
Curry
Pepper
Clove
Ma ce
Nutmeg
About 2 tbsp. parsley
2 stalks celery
1 bag carrots
Poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
Med.onion
Raisins
1/2 butter, if needed

Cook sausage. Cook onion and pepper 2 minutes. Add crumbs, pepper, etc. Add water if it is too dry.
