VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
1 pkg. frozen onion rings
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

In 9 x 9 inch pan make layer of vegetables, onion rings and cream mixture (mix together sour cream and chicken soup). Grated cheese is to be sprinkled on top. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 40 minutes and then uncover for 15 minutes and continue to bake.
