FRANGOS 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. mint flavor
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs

Cream butter and sugar, add flavoring and melt chocolate chips. Beat with mixer. Add one egg at a time beating well. Pour into 9 x 12 inch buttered pan about 1/2 inch thick. Chill for 30 minutes and cut. Keep refrigerated.
