CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 can cream corn 1 can whole corn, juice too 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix Swiss cheese Mix first 5 ingredients and add to corn muffin mix. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove and add slices of Swiss cheese on top and bake another 8 to 10 minutes. |
