MATT'S FAVORITE QUICHE 
CRUST:

1 refrigerated pie crust at room temp.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked well done and crumbled
6 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream or light cream
Dash nutmeg
Dash salt
2 tsp. butter

Press pie crust into a 10 inch pie or quiche pan. Sprinkle cheese on crust. Add bacon.

In a separate dish, beat eggs slightly; beat in cream, nutmeg and salt. Pour mixture into pan. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6-8 or 10-12 as an appetizer.
