1 Duncan Heinz butter cake mix
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil

Mix and add 1 can mandarin oranges, undrained.

ICING:

2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. can drained pineapple

Stack layers and punch holes when spreading icing. Keep refrigerated. Freezes real well and is good to freeze just for better slicing.
