1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nut meats
1/2 c. chopped apple (closer to 1 c.)

Beat egg until light, gradually add sugar and beat until smooth. Stir in flour, sift with baking powder, add vanilla, nuts, and apples. Mix well. Bake in greased pie pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Slice as pie and serve with whipped cream.
