SHRIMP SALAD 
4 hard boiled eggs
4 med. potatoes, cooked and diced
6-8 oz. cooked shrimp
2 stalks celery, diced

DRESSING:

4 eggs (raw)
3/8 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash white pepper
4 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. whipped cream (unsweetened)

Cook raw eggs, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper in a double boiler until smooth. Add oil and cool. When cold, add whipped cream.

In salad bowl, combine hard boiled eggs, potatoes, shrimp and celery. Pour cold dressing over salad. Refrigerate until serving.
