HAWAIIAN PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
20 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
1 lg. bowl for mixing

Cream together sugar and eggs, add flour and baking soda with some juice from the pineapple so mixing will be easier. Stir in can of pineapple mixing well. Fold in coconut and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. 10X sugar

Cream together butter and cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and "sugar" and beat until creamy smooth. Very easy to make! A real favorite!
