2 lg. cabbage
2 lg. onions
4 sweet peppers
1 lb. carrots
2 c. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1/4 c. salt

Grate or shred all ingredients. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt; heat. Let cool and pour over cabbage mixture and freeze.
