QUICK CINNAMON BUNS | |
2 loaves frozen Reddi Rich bread 1/4 - 1/2 stick butter 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant) 1 c. brown sugar 2-4 tbsp. milk Cinnamon to taste Nuts & raisins Let bread not rise but only thaw. Break one bread loaf and toss into a buttered 9"x13" pan. Cover with half of the brown sugar, milk and pudding mix. Sprinkle on raisins, nuts and cinnamon. Break second bread loaf and repeat with remaining mixture. Let rise about 2 hours or until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until a golden brown. Remove from oven, put on cake rack to cool for 10 minutes then invert on serving tray. |
