BAKED TUNA AND NOODLES 
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
1 med. tomato, peeled and chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms, stirring frequently until tender (about 5 minutes). Turn into a greased two quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake uncovered in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Serves 6.
