MOCK INDIAN PUDDING 
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. molasses
1 pt. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt

Soak corn flakes in milk 1/2 hour. Add other ingredients. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake 1/2 hour or until set. Serve hot or cold, with whipped cream or other topping.
