PIZZA POTATOES 
3 1/2 - 4 c. sliced and peeled potatoes
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 onion
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 c. sliced carrots
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can pizza sauce
1 (8 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese

Layer all the ingredients in a greased 9x13 inch cake pan. Put can of pizza sauce on top of everything. Top with oregano and Italian spices. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 3/4 hours or until tender. One half way through top with cheese. Makes 8 servings.
