1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. Heinz 57
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Mix all together and shape into loaf (8" x 4" x 1 1/2"). Lightly grease pan and brush top with additional 57 sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
