STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS | |
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green Ortega chilies 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature 1 (16 oz.) rolled hot sausage, chopped finely 5 pkgs. mushrooms 1-2 c. Cheddar cheese (Can use hot or regular). Gently wash mushrooms. Remove stems. Mix all ingredients except cheese and mushrooms. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place in baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes. |
