EASY EASY YEAST ROLLS 
1 pkg. quick acting yeast
1 c. warm water
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 egg sugar (may be omitted if desired)
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. plain flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl, mix eggs and sugar. Add salt and oil. Mix in flour 1 cup at a time and stir well. Cover bowl with a cloth and let rise until double in size. Punch center to let air out. Make in roll of desired shapes. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes. Makes 2-3 dozen rolls.
