WHITE LOAF CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. flavoring

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well after each addition. Sift dry ingredients well together. Add milk and beat well. Bake in long pan or two 9 inch layer tins at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
