SOUPER BAKED SANDWICH 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. herb seasoned stuffing
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and stir meat, onion and celery until meat is brown. Drain fat, add salt. Arrange stuffing in greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Top with meat mixture. Beat milk, eggs, soup, mustard pour over meat and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and cut in squares.
