POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick butter
1 diced onion
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Melt butter and cream cheese in saucepan. Add soup and onion. Stir until smooth. Put potatoes in 13 x 9 inch pan and pour sauce over. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
