SPINACH-ONION BOWL 
1 round loaf of sour dough bread, unsliced
1 (16 oz.) container of sour cream
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 sm. can of water chestnuts, sliced
8 oz. diced spinach (frozen and thawed)
A dash of paprika

Mix sour cream and onion soup mix together. Chill for 1 hour. Remove as much water as possible from thawed spinach. Add spinach and water chestnuts to sour cream mixture. Chill at least 2 hours.

Cut top off loaf of bread and set aside. Scoop bread out of center of loaf to form a bowl. Dice all the scooped out bread and top crust into 1 inch chunks. Pour dip into "bread bowl". Add paprika. Serve with a basket of bread chunks.
