MEXICALI VEGETABLE SOUP | |
1/2 lb. lean ground meat 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 14.5 oz. cans beef broth 1 14.5 oz. can small white beans 1 c. sliced zucchini 1 c. frozen carrots 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix Cook beef and onion in large saucepan until beef is browned; drain. Add broth, beans, zucchini, carrots and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cook, covered 15-20 minutes. Serves 6. |
