2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. apple, diced
1 c. walnuts
Pinch of salt

FROSTING:

1 lg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all above cake ingredients together. Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan for 45 minutes. When cake cools, mix frosting ingredients together and frost cake.
