FLAN (Spanish Custard) 
Melt, don't burn, 3/4 cup sugar until brown. Pour into mold. It will harden immediately on bottom of mold.

Then mix: 2 cans milk (1%, 2%, etc.) (Use empty sweetened condensed milk can as measure) 3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla

After mixing milks, eggs and vanilla, pour into mold (on top of hardened melted sugar).
