STEAK ON A STICK 
1/4 c. sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. catsup
1 1/2 tsp. honey
Dash of garlic powder
1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large shallow dish. Add steak; cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally. Drain steak, reserving marinade.

Thread steak on 7-inch skewers. Grill 5 minutes on each side over medium coals or until desired degree of doneness, basting with marinade. Yield: 4 servings.
