QUICK AND EASY ORIENTAL 
1 3/4 lbs. thinly sliced beef, can use shrimp, pork, chicken or vegetarian
1/2 pkg. pea pods
1 c. cauliflower
2 c. broccoli
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. bok choy
1 can chow mein vegetables
Soy sauce

Oil wok before heating with 2 tablespoons of oil heat wok to 350 degrees. Stir in beef and 1/2 cup water, cook about 15 minutes. Then stir in vegetables, soy sauce for extra flavor. Vegetables cook in about 15 minutes. Serve with fried rice or chow mein noodles.
