STUFFED PEPPERS (MICROWAVE) 
3 lg. green peppers, cut in half
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp Lea & Perrins
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. water
About 1 c. cooked rice

Mix all ingredients, except water and stuff the peppers. However, I use about a little less than half the can of tomato sauce. Pour the rest over the stuffed peppers after you put them in microwave dish. Then add water in dish. Cover all with Saran Wrap and microwave on high for 15 minutes or until done. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serves 4.

Easy, good and quick! Just cook up some rice ahead.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
