MERRY CHERRY SALAD 
1 c. peaches (diced and drained)
1 c. pineapple tidbits (drained)
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (diced)
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. peach/pineapple juice (together)
1 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 c. whipping crream (whipped)
1 c. small marshmallows

Drain fruits and chill. Save the juice. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add fruit juices and chill until partially congealed. Blend cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream. Beat chilled gelatin until light and fluffy. Fold in the cream cheese mixture and fruits. Pour into chilled buttered 9 inch pie pan and freeze until firm.

Makes 6 large servings.
