CHEESE AND CHILI BEAN CASSEROLE 
6 slices bacon
1 env. dried onion soup mix
2 cans (1 lb. size) barbecue beans
1/4 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. dry red wine
1 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

In medium skillet, saute bacon until crisp. Drain well on paper towels; crumble.

In prepared casserole, combine bacon with rest of ingredients, mixing well. Bake uncovered, 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
