JOSEPH WISE'S COCA COLA SALAD 
2 pkgs. strawberry Jello (small package)
1 lg. can Bing cherries (save juice) pitted and quartered
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (save juice)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (cubed small)
1/2 c. chopped nuts preferable pecans
2 sm. cokes (6 1/2 oz. each or total 13 oz.)

Take 1 1/2 cups of liquid from cans of fruit above (if not enough, add water to total 1 1/2 cups). Heat liquid and add Jello. Mix until dissolved. Cool and add coke. Add all other ingredient and mix well. Refrigerate until congealed. Cut into squares and serve as a salad on lettuce leaf or as a dessert. Serves 10 or 12. Ideal container is long, shallow baking dish.
