2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa (mix enough water to paste)
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa

Cream together butter, eggs and sugar. Mix enough cocoa, paste and vanilla. Pour in greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

ICING: Heat milk and add to above. Ice while hot.
